1. Scan a picture of your Passport. We are required to have proof of who is staying in the house for health & safety purposes as well as government legislation. A driving licence is accepted when accompanied with a birth certificate

2. If you have a Non-British passport, please also send your visa/permit to visit the UK. For the EU Settlement Scheme please send your share code and date of birth for an online verification check.

4. 3 months of bank statements showing your income

5. Proof of your current address (Bank statement or household bill)
