Rent covers your room (HMO) or unit (SA) and listed amenities. Additional fees are rare but might include: key replacement, late fees, or specific service charges (like extra cleaning in SA). All potential fees are listed in your agreement.

Rooms typically start from £400 up to £750 per month depending on size, amenities and features. If you are interested in all-inclusive houses then they typically start from £1300 per month. Let us know your budget and we’ll help you find the right space!

We accept Bank Transfer, Debit or Credit Card Payments and PayPal. Rent and deposit payments go to separate accounts. Please note we do not accept cash. Once paid, just let us know your sender name and amount. Our finance team usually confirms within minutes.
