We provide fully furnished, rooms and houses in our Townhouse branded properties. You can rely on us to find you a place to stay. Our goal will always be a very simple one “To house and accommodate people visiting, living and working in Crewe & Stoke”
Terms & Conditions
Booking Your Accommodation

Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from Crewe & Stoke Rooms & Suites and your payment has been processed in full.

Your booking is bound by the terms and conditions attached to your booking confirmation and displayed on our website.

The lead name and address must match the address of the payment card provided and the guest staying at the property. No third party transactions will be allowed with the exception of a corporate booking where proof of the cardholders authorisation will be required. We reserve the right to cancel any booking that we believe to be suspicious or fraudulent

Any special requests should be made at the time of booking or advised by telephone or email before arrival. We will endeavour to meet your special requests however they cannot be guaranteed.

If your booking is made through an online travel agent or agency, all correspondence will be directed to that travel agent or agency to forward to you.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the accommodation we provide we cannot cater for those guests that cannot easily evacuate the property in the event of an emergency. This includes but it not limited to wheelchair users, visually impaired, hearing impaired & young children. Please contact our team if you have any questions regarding this.
Amendments & Cancellations

Any amendments are subject to availability and any additional costs will need to be covered by the guest.

Should you wish to cancel your reservation you will be charged 100% cancellation fee within 60 days and 0% cancellation fee outside of 60 days. From time to time this may change, and any changes will be noted on your booking confirmation.

We strongly recommend that our guests take out travel insurance to protect themselves in case of any cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances

In the rare event that a situation arises beyond our control and we are unable to supply the exact accommodation booked we will provide accommodation of the same standard or higher. This is very unlikely however if the clients are unhappy with this arrangement, we will refund the payments received by the client only without compensation.
Your Stay

Please ensure that we have your direct mobile telephone number and email address for communication throughout your stay. Your check-in details will be sent to the details provided.

Our offices are open Monday – Friday from 9am – 7pm and closed on weekends and bank holidays. We do however have emergency telephone support 24/7 for genuine emergencies. Please familiarise yourself with the important notices on the noticeboard regarding health & safety and the escapes routes in the event of a fire. It is important that you are aware of how to evacuate the building in the event of an emergency.

We wish you a pleasant stay and request that you abide by the following rules within the terms and conditions;

The property must be kept in the same condition it was found with all items remaining in the rooms.

Damages and/or stolen items are chargeable to your card and/or will be invoiced to you directly for payment with a minimum charge of £100 per item, per room

Missing keys, late check out, additional cleaning and carpet cleaning will be charged at £50 per item per room

All properties have a no smoking policy. If evidence of smoking if confirmed your booking will be automatically cancelled with a £100 fine per room

Any illegal activity relating to the misuse of alcohol, drugs and/or other anti-social behaviour will be reported to the police along with automatic cancellation of your booking, £100 fine per room and you must vacate the building

Any misconduct will be recorded with us and the booking platform to prevent future bookings

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am.
Force Majeure

Force Majeure means unusual or unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control, the consequence of which we could not avoid.

This includes but is not limited to war, threat of war, riot, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, technical problems with transport, power failure, natural disasters, fire, flood and adverse weather conditions.

In a case of Force Majeure we will not be held responsible for any costs or losses our clients incur.
