Boiler not working? Follow this 3 step guide
Please locate the boiler, usually in the kitchen and find the reset button. Please hold for 5 seconds to restart the boiler. This should resolve the problem however, please DON'T touch any other part of the boiler.
Please check the front of the boiler for an error code. If there is an error code such as 'E119' then please take a photo just like the photo above showing all the controls and send to the team in your WhatsApp group.
Please run the hot water tap in the kitchen sink to check if there is hot water. Please provide the information to the team in your WhatsApp group so we can advise the next steps
