I accept I need to provide 2 months notice which will start from the date my rent is due, which may not be the same date i am submitting this form. I will continue to pay rent during that period even if I have already moved out.

I agree to remove all personal belongings on or before the move out date and any items in the room will be classed as abandoned

I accept the room must be cleaned to a professional standard and may be charged for additional cleaning if that is not the case

I accept the room must be returned in the same condition it was provided and my deposit may be forfeited if that is not the case

I agree to check out at 10am or earlier on the date I am leaving and will leave my keys (if applicable) in the keysafe
