WiFi not connecting? Follow this 3 step guide
First, please check you have entered the correct router name and password. You can check on the noticeboard or your WhatsApp check-in details.
If the problem persists, please locate the router to check the password on the back and ensure the lights are on. Please switch the router off for 10 seconds and back on again to reboot the system and try to log in again.
If the problem still persists, we will need to report it to the WiFi provider such as SKY or Virgin. Please let the team know the outcome via your WhatsApp group.
