To increase the temperature of your radiator, please use the  valve on the side of the radiator which usually has settings 1- 5.

To increase the temperature of the house, please find the main thermostat, often located in the hallway, lounge or kitchen. For a manual thermostat you can choose your temperature. For a SMART thermostat you can boost the heating which is pre-set on a timer. Click Here for SMART thermostat settings. 

If the radiator is still not warm, it may because the house has already reached a suitable temperature or there may be a fault. At this stage, please check to see if there is hot water in the kitchen tap and then contact the team in your WhatsApp group where they will help to identify & fix the problem.
